Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Hot-As-Hell purchase. But if, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, or need a different size/color, we offer FREE RETURNS  & EXCHANGES on all orders within USA. Just make sure we get it within 30 DAYS from the date you received your order and it meets the requirements of our return policy.

How do I make an Exchange or Return within USA?

We understand that sometimes you just need a different size or color – that’s why we have made our exchanges fast and easy for you!
Returns and exchanges are processed similarly – follow the below steps to return the item(s) that you would like to.  For exchanges,  you will get a store credit as soon as your return is on the way to us – you can place a new order for the items you would like in exchange.  If you just want to return your item, we will process a refund on your credit card once it has been received in our warehouse.

RETURNS FLOW CHART-1

1. Create a Request to Return/Exchange Your Item(s): Enter the email address associated with your order. Click on the item(s) you are exchanging/returning and complete the required information. We appreciate your feedback!

2. Get a Return Shipping Label: You will receive a pre-paid Fedex label via email as soon as your request has been received by our system.

3. Ship It: Drop the package off at your nearest Fedex location

4. Check Your Email:

      • For Exchanges, once we are notified that your return has been dropped off at your local Fedex location,  you will receive an email notification containing your store credit. You are then able to process a new order in our shop for the exchange item you would like to receive using your store credit.
      • For Returns, you will receive an email notification once we have processed your return that your refund is on the way back to your credit card. Please allow up to 2 weeks for transit and processing time at our warehouse.

Please note that your original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

What is Hot-As-Hell’s Return Policy?

All swim bottoms must have hygiene strips intact in order to be eligible for return
Item(s) must be in good condition and sealed in original packaging with original tags still attached
Item(s) cannot have been worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any way
Hot-As-Hell reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if said merchandise does not meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy. Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at his or her own expense.

How do I make an International return?

HAH does not provide free international returns
Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method, at your own expense.. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid.

Are there any other options for returning my order?

You may use your own shipping method to send the merchandise back to us. If you have your own account with UPS / FedEx / DHL / other carriers that have more affordable rates, or if you wish to send the package back via the US Postal Service, you may rightfully do so, which will then entitle you for a FULL REFUND within 30 DAYS.

Make sure that your package is insured, as HAH will not be liable if the item is lost, stolen, or for any other reason does not arrive at our office.

How long do I have to make a return?

Item(s) must be received at HAH within 30 DAYS from the date you received your order for a FULL REFUND

NO REFUNDS of any kind on orders received at HAH after 30 days from the date you received your order – no exceptions

When will I receive my refund?

Allow 7-10 days from the day we receive your package for us to complete your refund.

I did not purchase this product at hot-as-hell.com. Can I still return it?

Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly through our website. Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to that respective retailer.

I received my hot-as-hell merchandise as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?

If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange the item for online store credit, as long as it was purchased from our website. HAH cannot accept returns bought from other retailers.

What if I refuse delivery?

If you refuse delivery of any package from Hot-As-Hell, our default carrier, FedEx, will return the package to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, less the round trip costs for shipping to your address and returning back to HAH.
